What an amazing trip we had in Spain. We loved Barcelona and would have loved a few more days to explore the city. Morocco was amazing, glad we took the trip.
Started the day with lemon poppy seed pancakes, made by chef Tommy, yum-yum. Enjoyed a great day with the family. Great seeing Grandma A again. Alli was the big winner of the Easter egg hunt. She scored $21 and a I-Tunes gift card. We even celebrated Tommy's birthday 3 months late.
Our spring break family trip to Roatan, Honduras will be one we always remember. The boys experienced scuba diving in the beautiful warm waters of the Caribbean. We all zip-lined through the jungle, played with dolphins, and went horse back riding. Brendan even survived monkey poop. We look forward to our next family adventure in the summer of 2012 when my nephew Marty gets married back in New York. Until then we will be enjoying our new place in Gilbert.
